Marshall Stack Update: Marshall Stack ID'd

To you, it might just be a new Lower East Side bar that is also going to serve some food. To us, it is so much more. Which is why this reader response to our recent query "Who the hell is Marshall Stack?" made our day: "Marshall Stack is an amplifier preferred by 1970-80s Hard Rock Bands." And lookie there, so it is.

A drop-by this past weekend (bar serving beer and wine, no food yet, though pressed sandwiches are apparently on the way) showed the bathroom decor (above) hasn't overlooked that fact. And so: case closed.
