Low-Hi-Low Tech Watch: Launches

In the end, it won't matter one way or the other what Urban Lobster's website looks like. But, while the wait is on for them to open, it is what we have. And it is a thing of beauty: massively aggressive font sizing, a retro-chic, mid-90s style template and a formatting of avenue "a" [sic] for the ages. Thankfully, the site also provides plenty of new information about the venue, such as on their steaming machines and their menu. Plus, as an added bonus, they're hiring. Go ahead and click. You won't be sorry you did.
