· Flo Fab reports that Colicchio has sold his interest in Gramercy Tavern back to Danny Meyer to focus on his own Craft empire--a move that, given the state of affairs in Colicchio-ville, is long overdue. Also, Kurt Gutenbrunner is done at Thor to "concentrate on his restaurants that better reflect his Austrian roots." Also, via Off the Menu Mitchell London is back at Fairway, a venue launched on a hamburger he created three-plus years ago. [NYT]
