Break out the big brass horns at Avenue C beerhaüs Zum Schneider. An inside source emails us:
Curbed ran an article on the eviction attempts by the landlord of the restaurant Zum Schneider. Yesterday, we received a decision in the case (decision can be view through this link, PDF). Our motion for a preliminary injunction was granted by Supreme Court Judge. Rolonda T. Acosta and the landlord's motion to proceed with the eviction was denied. The landlord is enjoined from proceeding with the eviction.Appropriately, Zum's sixth anniversary party is scheduled for a week from Saturday. Someone alert the moustache dude.
