Tomorrow, the light Franktastic will dance with Jack and Grace Lamb's Degustation. Today, the Eater oddsmakers have set the action as follows:
Zero Stars (Good): 10-1In contrast to some of the Lambs' other recent restaurant persuits, Degustation has been met with mostly rave reviews. Other factors at play include the restaurant's size (miniscule); Bruni's early, and mostly positive, early impressions; and his known love for Perry St, Degustation chef Wesley Genovart's previous employer. However, it is exceedingly hard to imagine a venue of this size could command three stars and we not inclined to root for another two-star snoozefest. Thusly, Eater is BruniBetting on one star, knowing full well we may get royally screwed on this one.
