Can you spot the pending trademark lawsuit in this picture?? I was walking down 6th Ave near 14th St. and did a complete doubletake when I first saw this sign, thinking "wow ANOTHER chain in this neighborhood" and "Damn, it's a lot smaller than the ones they have in the burbs.It seems fairly likely that there will be a name change on the venue, so if you have any ideas, do send them in.
