Introducing the Eater Photo Pool

Here at Eater, we're blessed to have the photographic stylings of Mr. Noah Kalina to share with you on a regular basis. (In fact, as we type these words, Kalina is believed to be inside a new venue, reading the next installment of Eater Inside.)

But—heresy alert!—Kalina can't be everywhere (at least not everywhere at the same time; plus, this week he has jury duty). So, today we're pleased to inaugurate the Eater Photo Pool, appearing just there to the right. The Pool lets users of the photo sharing website Flickr assign photos to the pool. (If you're not a member of Flickr, signup is easy and free.) The most recent half a dozen will appear below the Radar automatically, and from time to time we'll pluck our favorites and give them the full Eater treatment in this column.

What kinds of photos might you add to the Eater Photo Pool? Any that illuminate eating and drinking in this city, from Tribeca plywood to your Per Se amuse bouche. We think there's a little Kalina in us all, and we're ready to see you prove it. We've populated the pool with a few photos to get it going, but now it needs your attention. Give it a go—this could be almost as much fun as the Deathwatch.
