Zero Stars: 5-1As is clear based on the below poll results, the Eater public is clearly of a mind (44.3%) that this will be a one-star job—and for good reason. The Brunster slapped Morimoto with the same, and there you have Masaharu Morimoto in the kitchen. So the safe bet here is on one star. That being said, there are rumblings of Frank actually not minding Stephen Starr's temple. Plus, Michael Schulson, especially with Angelo Sosa 's help at the outset, isn't exactly a lightweight. (Say what you will, but the short rib chow fun is just plain tasty.) So we're feeling lucky: Eater is taking the two-star action.
