You're looking at the pre-plywood we belive to be the future home of Keith McNally's West Village Ital. [Even from this early photo you can feel the massive buzz, no?--Ed.] He'll be combining the former Living Room Cafe with the convenience store space adjacent to it. Per the construction permit (pictured below!), he's got until the end of July, barring extensions.
