As a follow-up to his love letter to August (on which we send chef Tony Liu a spirited congratulations), Bruni will have at Buddakan next week. (It's been ever-so-long, but you may recall that this is Philly man Stephen Starr's pint-size homage to the far east. It is in a quiet area just north of the Meatpacking District that we like to call NoMeat.)
