Jack and Grace Lamb's Degustation, just a handful of weeks old. The chef here is Wesley Genovart, who is preparing, roughly, Spanish tapas. If this Mouthfuls thread is any indication, the Lambs may finally out of their massive venue slump.
Venue design is by whoever handled Jewel Bako Robata, which is pictured below. You'll note that the key element of the redesign was a change in the race of the cooks.
