This here is Creama Ristorante, longtime Mexicana Mama chef Julieta Ballesteros' first solo effort. Dubbed 'Cucina Mexicana Refinada', expect such items as the Costillas de Puerco en Salsa Agridulce, or spare ribs broiled in a sweet and sour salsa, with chilie ancho and guajillo, sweetened with piloncillo and served with a jicama salad. The venue just opened on the 17th, so we'd recommend going now, before the press hits start to accumulate.
