This is John Dempsy's Hell's Kitchen spin-off El Centro, located in the space that previously housed another of his 9th Avenue staples, Vynl Diner. The chef here is Jorge Pareja, who is also the chef at Hell's Kitchen. Expect a more casual tilt on Pareja's Mexican fare at the month-old, rather colorful venue.
