Eater Inside: Tintol

Sleeper pick of the day at Eater is Tintol, a Portuguese tapas restaurant just east of Times Square that opened in early January. It is owned by Jose Meireilles, who also owns Le Marais and at one time held a stake in Les Halles. Of equal import: It has the markings of places like Hell's Kitchen and Sosa Borella, which somehow avoid getting overrun by the tourists.
