In a twist of fate coupled with a disinterest in the buffet bar, a traveling Eater correspondent stumbled into the newest Nobu (opening February 27th) just opened at the Atlantis Resort & Casino at Paradise Island, Bahamas. Shots of the dining room and sushi bar followed, as did a little light criticism. The verdict? Vintage Rockwell—rustic branches, sleek tables, patterned rocks—on Valium. Everything just a little bit slower, a little bit sparer, a little bit, well, lazier.
That said, we love each and every one of our Nobus equally and no amount of Valium can change that.
