Instead of grey the line between advertisement and editorial, the Post has gone ahead and eliminated it. Today, they've run a sidebar item for Cafe Grey that, by comparison, makes Strong's Sunday Shill column look like Pulitzer material. This item, which we'll not excerpt because Cafe Grey has not been in touch with Eater Ad Sales, tells of a lavish Thanksgiving party complete with parade viewing, buffets and a full Turkey Day sit-down feast. The article is the ad that Cafe Grey is using in-house and in other marketing materials.
This isn't entirely our beat, so perhaps we are missing something. That is, hopefully we're missing something. Are we?
