Tomorrow, Franktastic digs into new steakhouses STK and Porter House. Today, the Eater oddsmakers have set the action as follows:
STKThose who are feeling lucky should roll the dice on longer odds this week, as this review is as unpredictable as any have been in some time. STK, being that it is a restaurant only in that food is served at tables and then you pay, should meet with the goose-egg treatment, lest the review turn into anything even close to resembling an endorsement. As for Porter House, the solid food and exceptional setting is potentially the stuff of two stars. Look for bonus points awarded for the V Steakhouse makeover. But, as we said, there's plenty of room for chaos here and it'll be interesting to see how it shakes down. Eater's taking zero at STK and two at Porter House, but who knows?
