EaterWire: Ramsay Drops Two-Hour Time Limit, Boxer's Loses Their Lease, Fatty Crab Goes National!

· In Ramsay news, it appears as if the two-hour time limit that the Bruniblog had uncovered last Friday has been lifted. Today: "I placed yet another anonymous — or, really, pseudonymous — call to the restaurant. I once again entered into a conversation with a reservation agent about a late table. But this time, no two-hour time limit was cited." [Bruniblog]

· West Village mainstay Boxer's Bar and Grill is losing their lease. The Real Estate reports: "For years, Boxers and its landlord, Lowell Associates, have battled in court over several issues, including tax escalation payments and a questionable extension of its lease...The bar has continued to operate under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, but a Manhattan Appellate Court judge recently awarded possession of the property back to the landlord." Taking over the space is, apparently, Donald Finley of Jekyll & Hyde fame, who, like any self-respecting villain in a story like this, has had a liquor license pending on Boxer's since 2004. [The Real Estate]

· Zak Pelaccio and Jeffrey Chodorow have teamed up to take Pelaccio's Fatty Crab national. Terms of the deal, schedule, planned locations all TBD. More on this tomorrow, friends. [EaterWire]
