BruniBetting: Boqueria

Tomorrow, Frank "The Matador" Bruni will wave his muleta at Boqueria. Today, the Eater oddsmakers have set the action as follows:

Zero Stars: 4-1
One Star: 3-1
Two Stars: 2-1
Three Stars: 25-1
Four Stars: 15,000-1
While Boqueria is historically the stuff of a glorious one star review, the confluence of three factors have the oddsmakers behaving as they are. 1) Frank hasn't pulled the two-star trigger in a little while now and is surely itching to do so. 2) In the tapas/Spanish category, there are few who boast two stars and Señor Bruni quite likes being a hero in this regard, awarding an underdog with two BruniStars. 3) Boqueria and chef Seamus Mullen might actually have what it takes to land the deuce. These things considered, our action is on a somewhat one-star-sounding two-bagger.
