BruniBetting: L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Tomorrow, Monsieur Bruni will with great pomp and circumstance have a look around L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Today, the Eater oddsmakers have set the action as follows:

Zero Stars: 500-1
One Star: 400-1
Two Stars: 7-1
Three Stars: EVEN
Four Stars: 3-1
Now then. This here is a big one, as by this time tomorrow there may be a new member of the four-star club among us. But, may is the operative word here. All sorts of field inspections indicate that Robu is, ultimately, not a true four star restaurant. The room may prove just too hotel-y for the Brun Brun to drop a four-bagger. On the other hand, if the food and service caught him just right, and he saw grand improvements over the course of his many visits (which began very early in previews, it should be noted), then we may be talking about the 3-1 odds paying. All in, however, we're betting on three stars, especially considering Bruni's marked conservatism of late.
