We've received many emails inquiring about when The Spotted Pig will be reopening their West 11th Street digs. And since we are ourselves obsessed with the joint, we thought we'd ask owner Ken Friedman for an update. Word from the man himself is that the downstairs will be unveiled next Wednesday the 21st; the brand new upstairs will debut on Friday, October 7th. Done and done.
