Cercle Rouge finally throws open its doors today. David Féau (of Lutéce fame) is in the kitchen of this bistro-type affair. He's teamed up with Georges Forgeois (Jules, Cafe Noir), a man who knows a thing or two about casual French-ish joints. The early word is that the food is quite good.
