Ninja, Japan's answer to Jekyll and Hyde, opened quietly last week. This week, following the installation of Jennifer Rubenstein Jessica Tuquero at Rubenstein as PR Ninja, the restaurant opens big, starting with an invite only 'Investors' Party' tonight. We were there last Thursday and enjoyed seeing what $3.5 million in interior design below street level buys you. What we did not find as pleasing, however, was the fact that our $125/person tab would have been much better spent at Megu.
