Turns out that even the great Thomas Keller uses Craig's List. Based on his call for new staff, it looks like, as predicted, there will be some server turnover associated with TK's new service charge policy. Either that, or Keller's gearing up for the opening of Bouchon Bakery, though all available intel suggests that its arrival is at least several months away.
