The Double Seven

A sliver of a cocktail lounge from the Lotus team of owners and promoters (David Rabin, Jeffrey Jah, Mark Baker, Will Regan), The Double Seven, is nearly two years in the making. Sasha Petraske (the perfectionist, old-school bartender of Milk & Honey fame) has designed a menu of truly delicious libations -- all of which arrive paired with chocolate or cheese -- to make the torture of the Meatpacking district go away. Ask the hostess-co-owner-extraordinaire, Monika Chiang to send over a Pimm's Rangoon posthaste.
