A Little More, a Little Less, for 2006

In advance of Eater's year-end wrapup (hitting this space starting tomorrow), the krazy kids at Zagat asked celebuchefs across the country what they'd like to see more of—and less of—in the New Year. On the see-less front:

Sloppy drinkers—primal, hooting sounds are always a good indicator. Dirty bars and barware. A staff that makes you feel like it's doing you a favor by serving you.
