Via a tipster, we learn of a fairly serious postscript to the Yumcha saga. Turns out that Marc and Pamela Murphy, whose Landmarc has fast become a Tribeca neighborhood favorite, have taken over the space and will be opening an oyster bar. Their note to the neighborhood, posted in the exterior menu display case (above) has the details. (Certainly, the couple's strategy of getting on locals' good side is a step in the right direction.)
