When market masterminds UrbanSpace open their 10,000-square-foot food hall on the ground floor of the Helmsley Building, Manhattan may get its first brick and mortar Roberta's. Nothing's certain yet, but the Times reports that the space will house 25 permanent vendors, each with their own kitchen space, and maybe, just maybe, Roberta's will be one of them. [NYT]
