A South Street Seaport building that houses one of the city's oldest pubs, the Paris Cafe, is up for sale. The bar's been in business since 1873, with a 51 week shutter to recover from Hurricane Sandy. But there are still another six or seven years left on the lease, so any potential changes shouldn't come too rapidly. [Commercial Observer]
