In lieu of a single review this week, Steve Cuozzo ranks seven different vegetarian tasting menus. Del Posto and Cafe Boulud both earn the full four stars, the former for a meal that "flowed in symphonic-structured movements." Acme unsurprisingly gets the lone goose egg, for dishes like "Inedibly tough cabbage leaves...glazed in fermented pear juice." [NYP]
