After closing down both its Whole Foods outposts last month, critical darling Yuji Ramen will, as promised, start dishing up bowls of its hit ramen and mazemen once again. Starting next week, the ramenya will operate on Mondays and Tuesdays at owner Yuji Haraguchi's petite Japanese restaurant Okonomi in Williamsburg, reports Zagat. Posts on the team's Facebook page promise a menu of their "original ramen bowls" along with dishes like local bonito poke salad. Service will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., but be prepared to wait, since there are no reservations and few seats. No word yet on if or when Haraguchi might also bring back his popular omakase tasting menu.
