Clinton Hill restaurant The Finch, from Roberta's alum Gabe McMackin, is getting closer to opening and it now has a tentative menu up on its website. Dinner items include grilled cuttlefish with pistachio butter; and baby pork rack and belly with little neck clams, chickpeas, and sour orange, there's also sumac granita for dessert. For McMackin, hospitality comes before the food: "I want people to come here to have a good time, be comfortable and get served…The food can be a backdrop to the hospitality," he tells DNAinfo.
