Ryan Sutton reports that the Torrisi Italian Specialties team will raise the price of its raved about, reservations-only, 20-course tasting menu on April 16 from $125 to $150 a head. And Torrisi's four-course menu went from $60 to $65 on Monday. Chef Rich Torrisi notes that the funds go to higher quality ingredients, saying, "The restaurant (Torrisi) makes about no money, this I promise you." [The Price Hike]
