NYC Nom Nom is chronicling the development of The Keys, a forthcoming restaurant, bar, and jazz venue from chef Bill Seleno, formerly of Albert Hall Tavern. The space is inspired by Midnight in Paris, The Great Gatsby, and The Cotton Club, and it will feature a dining room and bar, a patio, and a lower level space with a stage for musicians. The menu includes bone marrow sliders, duck confit with brie and avocado, and foie gras over pear panna cotta. It should open by May 1. [NYC Nom Nom]
