Fun fact: chef Seamus Mullen had a bespoke suit maker create the aprons used at his hot new restaurant Tertulia. From a WSJ style piece: "The waxed cotton fabric pays homage to Mr. Mullen’s style idol Steve McQueen....Leather trim was important to Mr. Mullen—it references Spanish blacksmiths, in a restaurant built around a wood-burning oven." The aprons are so popular, they might start selling them. [WSJ]
