Esquire's Best Restaurants of 2011 list is out, and though writer John Mariani didn't award New Yorkers with the titles of best restaurant, chef, or design, the city did figure prominently on the list. His faves: Ai Fiori, Boulud Sud, Lincoln, Chelsea newcomer Salinas, and Millesime. Looks like M. Wells would have made the list had they remained open. [Esquire via Eater National]
