Last month, we got word that Keith McNally had signed the lease of the old Village Paper space on the corner of Greenwich Ave. and West 10th Street, quite the coup given both gay bar Pieces and Carlos Suarez, the owner of Village eatery Bobo were eyeing the space.
As was the case when the rumor first emerged, McNally is keeping mum. But here's some new evidence: there's an item on Community Board 2's September SLA Licensing Meeting agenda (or part two of it, because the schedule is so packed next month) for Pulino's Cafe.
Holy holy, would you look at that?
