2) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie gets a sneak peek at the Karaoke Boho going into the old Tut's space on Ludlow. It's still unclear whether or not the karaoke bar, owned by Sing Sing, will win liquor license approval. [PLYWOOD]
3) Williamsburg: Some plywood intel from the tipline: "Don't think I've seen this posted on the site yet, I spotted new place on N.5th and Berry in Williamsburg, sign was being painted called Mode Bistro. It's on the same block as Egg." [PLYWOOD]
4) Midtown: Midtown Lunch discovers a Macchiato Espresso Bar will be opening a second location soon in the Rockefeller Center area. ML says they have both good coffee and sandwiches and salads. [PLYWOOD]
