Zagat.Mobi's Hilarious Execution Fail

2009_10_zagattwitter.jpg

First, check out the press release announcing the upgrade to Zagat.mobi, Zagat's mobile offering that now features "Twitter integration unique to its Webby award-winning mobile website." The cutting edge site newly offers a live stream of "relevant tweets" on each restaurant's listing page meant to reveal "how crowded the place is right now, what dishes they enjoyed and whether or not the celebrity chef is in the kitchen." Remember, the key word here is relevant.

Let's look at the execution. The Modern restaurant, or ABC's Modern Family? >>

The most recent integrated tweets for The Modern:

@gachna: "visited the Tate modern. some shopping down oxford street and then dinner at carluccios, lashings of red wine, with my two best friends. Fab"
