The naming of Andre Balazs's 18th floor pleasure palace has been nothing short of a fiasco. The original and well received Boom Boom Room name was killed due to a lawsuit by San Francisco's Boom Boom Room. Sir Andre then floated the name QT through a few well placed friends, but the name was widely and deservedly panned and quickly dropped. Yesterday, word leaked that Balazs and his team have settled on Bon Bon, which may be an homage to both the tasty treats the kitchen serves and a reminder of their original plans. But to be honest, the name just doesn't work. So why not lend the Standard a hand and help them find the perfect name for the glitzy glamour lounge.
