Looks like this shutter mystery has been solved. East Village sports bar Bounce Deuce (aka Bounce Douche) known for "eye candy staff" and plastic tubes of beer, has shuttered seemingly for good. Photos from both DBTH and EV Grieve reveal the above shutter signage.
