Every few months, an eager Chick-Fil-A fan starts a rumor that the illogically and culitshly loved Southern chain is making inroads in Manhattan. The latest: "A little while ago as I was grabbing lunch near my office (47th and 6th Ave), I saw this group of Chick-Fil-A employees looking around. They were carrying clipboards and cameras. Maybe they are scouting for a new location? It would be the first "real" Chick-Fil-A in the city." UPDATE: Midtown Lunch reports they were in town to give food to stupid media outlets! [EaterWire]
