FIDI—The State Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against the company that runs Lemongrass Grill in FiDi for underpaying employees by hundreds of thousands of dollars: "The suit says delivery workers made as little as $2.08 per hour, and some kitchen workers made as little as $4.23 per hour -- below minimum wage, even when reduced by an allowance for tips." ABBE DIAZ— According to the site ASSME, restaurant world personality and creative speller Abbe Diaz is consulting for a restaurant group (which they hint is Keith McNally's), and is looking for part time PR help: "this is an OPEN position with ample room for growth for a smart, creative, affable, free/out-of-the-box-thinking individual (no jerkfaces, please)...position would require a signed confidentiality agreement (sorry, no behind-the-resto-scene blogga book opportunites here, bitches!)." Update: No one here really thought she could be working for McNally (it's just what Assme hints at), but to clarify, the big KM himself writes in to let everyone know, "This has nothing to do with me whatsoever."
