Heads-up: the Curbed Network is teaming up with 92YTribeca this month to bring you three consecutive Thursday nights of drinks, conversation, and edification. Eater takes the stage on Thursday, July 16, hosting a conversation amongst former Top Chef contestants (including Harold Dieterle of Perilla and Leah Cohen of Centro Vinoteca) about what it takes to make it in the NYC restaurant industry once the cameras are gone.
