Upper East Side: An anonymous tipster sends the following report, which has just been confirmed by the management at Fishtail by David Burke:

"Eric Hara has resigned as executive chef at David Burke Townhouse and David Burke Fishtail, effective mid-March. Eric, who helped opened Fishtail this fall and held the executive chef position for three years at Townhouse, formerly david burke and donatella, makes an amicable departure. He has accepted an executive chef position at another restaurant and that information will remain undisclosed until further notice."
