Meatpacking District: Yep. She's still down. Almost a month after the original DOH'ing and two weeks after our last spot check (where reps told us the re-opening was imminent), R&L Restaurant continues to suffer under the thumb of the Health Dept. You do hate to see that. But as our correspondent points out, the spot does look pretty framed with the new Standard Hotel like that.
