It features a faux-hawk joke ("It wouldn't be Top Chef without faux-hawks"), a quickfire where the cheftestants must make a pizza with beets, cous cous, and medicine, and the ultimate highlight, a creepy celebrity judge complete with mega sideburns named Wylie Delmario.
