West Village: Upcoming restaurant Sheridan Square, located next to Tasca and cheffed by Biltmore Room's Gary Robins, is no stranger to the plywood report. In fact the space itself was probably record breaker as it sat in plywood stages for the better part of a year as the ill-begotten in the Central Kitchen. Doesn't look like the new incarnation will meet a similar fate, as we've just received an update (above) regarding the interior. According to the on site correspondent, the place has tin ceilings, red bordello lights, and a long ways to go by the looks of the boxes and the general disarray.
