A clip from Anthony Bourdain's show No Reservations in which he cooks at Les Halles with Eric Ripert and then interviews him is up on YouTube, and it's a pretty entertaining six minutes. Ripert admits he agreed to do the show because he was drunk, accuses the Les Halles staff of promoting slavery, and says for a while he had no idea what was going on and just thought: "act cool, the camera is there, no one will know."
