Your Insidage on Perilla is served. To review, this is Top Chef winner Harold Dieterle's brand new restaurant on Jones Street. Expect Asian flairs on an American menu and a neighborhood feel, which, Harold says, will be softened with some design elements still to come. The co-owner/GM here is former director of operations for Jimmy Bradley, Alicia Nosenzo.
